Please Help Me (I’m 3.5 Years exp Software Engineer)?
Recently, 2 months back, i joined an IT Firm and now i was clearly told that i may not get development work at all & might be involved fully in testing..Right now i don’t want to waste my 3.5 years of IT Exp completely in testing..I have a good relation with my previous employer & when i told my prev manager about this, he said we also have development requirements in the same domain which i left….
Now since its just 2 months i joined here, can i quit this job serving my notice period and go back to my prev employer since they have requirement or can i again start my job search in some other IT companies ….
Though i have a good name in my prev company, If i go back, will that leave a good impression on me & my IT Career…or ..If i search for some other company, will they think that i’m unstable as im looking for a job change within 2 months…
Please kindly help me how to proceed as i cannot be here in testing work & my mind is entirely confused…Im now feeling much
