Am I taking the easy way by quitting?
I started out in this job working on software support I know would be hard to learn.
However, the development logic is all over the place and one method to work on one utility is totally different on another. There’s no documents so as I test, its like I’m the guinea pig and have to write up everything as well.
My colleague and manager seem to be managing fine.
I feel like moving on because its frustrating for me. I guess I want to support something that works more efficiently. Is it because I don’t have that drive or can-do attitude?
